You can change the panorama image quality of the tour in Tour settings.
Select Virtual Tours -> List Tours from the side menu and click the Edit button on the desired tour.

Scroll down the page to Performance section.

In this section, you can customize how your panorama images are processed to find the perfect balance between high visual quality and fast loading performance.
- Viewer Quality: Set the overall visual rendering quality of the 3D viewer.
- Compress Image Quality: Adjust the compression level of your images. Lower values reduce the file size for faster loading times, but will decrease the visual quality.
- Max Width Panorama: Set a maximum pixel width limit. Any uploaded images that exceed this limit will be automatically resized.
- Preload Panoramas: Seamlessly load all other rooms in the background while the viewer explores the current room, ensuring smooth transitions without loading screens.
- Mobile Panoramas: Automatically generate lighter, optimized versions of your panoramas specifically tailored for mobile devices.
- Enable Multi-Resolution: Divide images into multiple resolution tiers that load dynamically based on the user's zoom level. This significantly improves performance when using very high-quality images.
In the Clean Up section you can decide whether or not to keep the original loaded versions. If disabled, you will not be able to change the image quality parameters later.
After you’ve made your changes click on Regenerate All to apply your changes to the panorama images and click Save on top of the page.
