How to create a Trial Plan?

Trial plans are useful for your customer to try out the application before signing up for a subscription plan.

Select Plans, from side menu. Click "+ Add Plan" button.

To offer a trial period to new users, you can configure a dedicated subscription plan that expires after a set duration at no cost.

• Price: Set the price to 0 to ensure the plan is free of charge.
• Expiration (Days): Enter the number of days the trial should remain active (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days). After this period, the plan will expire, and the user will need to upgrade.
• Feature Limits: You can choose to set specific limits on parameters (such as the number of tours or total storage) to encourage an upgrade, or leave them unrestricted to allow users to test the full power of the platform.

Click on "+ Create" button.

You now need to assign this plan as the default for new registered users.

Select Settings, from side menu and go to tab SAAS - Registration. 

Set the Default Plan to the Trial one you have just created.

Click Save on top of the page.
