How to create Subscription Plans?

Different plans let you limit your customers to create a certain number of Virtual Tours, Rooms, Markers, POIs and other features.

 A pop-up will open with the option to set the new plan to add.

• Visible: Toggle whether the plan is displayed on the public subscription page.
• Position: Set the display order of the plan (e.g., 1 appears first).
• Name & Description: The public-facing title and details of the plan.
• Expires Days: Set a duration after which the plan expires (recommended for trials or manual plans).
• Expired Plan: Choose whether tours remain Online or go Offline once the plan expires.
• Frequency: Choose how the user is charged:
  
  • Recurring: Automatically billed every X months.
  • Month / Year: Offers both monthly and annual price points.
  • One Time: A single, non-recurring payment.
• Interval (Months): If "Recurring" is selected, define the billing cycle (e.g., every 3 months).
  
• Currency: The currency used for all pricing in this plan.
  
• Price / Price (Yearly): Set the cost for the respective billing cycles.
• Price Label: Customize the text displayed if the price is 0 (e.g., "Start for Free").
• Mode:
  • Fixed: Users receive a set number of tour limits for a flat fee.
  • Incremental: Pricing scales based on the user's selection.

    Example: If you set a minimum of 1 tour at $1/mo with a step of 1, the user can choose to pay $1/mo for 1 tour1, $2/mo for 2 tours, etc up to 5 tours.

• N. Tours: 
• Global: Total lifetime limit of tours allowed.
• Monthly: Number of tours that can be created each month. Note: If set to 1/mo with a 10 global limit, the user can make one tour per month until they hit 10 total.

• Content Limits (Global / Per Tour): Set maximum caps for Rooms, Markers, POIs, and Gallery Images.
  

• Storage Quota (MB): The total storage space allowed per user.
• Panorama Upload Size (MB): The maximum file size allowed for a single panorama upload.
• Monthly Visits: Limit the total number of views the tours can receive each month.
• Custom Domains: The number of unique domains a user can connect to their tours.

• Features: Toggle specific system features on or off for this plan.
• Menu Items: Hide specific dashboard menu items to simplify the user interface.
• Custom Features: Add a manual list of features or perks not natively tracked by the system.
• External Link: Redirect users to a custom URL (like an external checkout or contact form) when they click "Subscribe."
• Button Customization: Change the Type, Text, and Icon of the "Subscribe" button to match the plan's call to action.

• Mode: 
• Monthly: Resets the usage limit every billing cycle.
• Credits: Usage is deducted from a credit balance.

• N. Monthly Use: The maximum number of times a user can use the tool per month (set to -1 for unlimited).
• Included Credits: If the Mode is set to "Credits," enter the number of free credits the user receives automatically when they subscribe to this plan.

Click "+ Create" button.
