How to enable Registration?

Registration allows your customers to register on their own on the platform.

Select Settings, from side menu. Go to tab Registration.

Frst Enable the registration system by checking the primary checkbox. 

Once active, you can configure how your customers interact with the platform:

  • Validate Email: When enabled, users must confirm their account by clicking a verification link sent to their email address before they can log in. This helps prevent spam and ensures valid user data.
  • Buy Services: Enable this to allow customers to purchase standalone services directly through their dashboard. These can be customized by you to include items like professional tour creation, shooting, or hardware accessories.
  • Subscription: This allows users to view, manage, and upgrade their subscription plans directly from their account settings.
  • Default Plan: Select the plan that is automatically assigned to new users immediately after they register.

    Tip: Most administrators assign a "Free" or "Trial" plan here to let users explore the platform before committing to a purchase.

The "Personal Information" panel includes all fields describing the user: you can decide which information to enable and which to make mandatory.

If you have chosen to validate the mail make sure you have configured your mail server settings in the Mail / Notification tab.

You can customize the mail templates in the Mail Text section below.

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking Save in the top.
